I've been an admirer and observer of nature my entire life. My curiosity was stoked by both of my parents from the time I was old enough to walk, and able to explore on my own.
AvianPhotography.com is the compilation of the best work I have, and some of the more interesting moments I've captured with my cameras.
While I love birds and they are my primary subject, as you can see I have included shots of other animals and scenes here.
The wonderful thing about Nature Photography is that there is always more to see and capture. And that means that this site will continually be updated with new content.
I try not to take myself too seriously. I love what I do, and I enjoy it with passion, with humor, and always with a sense of awe.
What I try to convey in my photographs.
Alive. Real. Funny. Amazing. Awe inspiring. Beautiful.
I try to capture the birds and the animals I see and bring them to life. Not just paint a pretty picture. And I hope that you see the same when you look at my work.
More than anything, my hope is that people will feel the same wonder, excitement, and love of nature that I do. And cherish it.

Like I said, I don't take myself too seriously. Life is to be lived. With passion and love and silliness and laughter.
And with an appreciation of the incredible creatures that share our world.
